How to Access Your San Francisco Botanical Garden Digital Membership Card

 

1. On your smartphone, go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and download the free “eMembership Card” app from Museum Anywhere.
    

2. Open the application and find and select the San Francisco Botanical Garden tile from the list of institutions.
    

3. Select “Find My Membership Cards” and enter your Membership ID# and the last name of the primary member (the app is case sensitive).
    

4. To access your digital Guest Passes (for Members at the Garden Lover and above levels), go to the "Membership Benefits" section and click on the "Guest Passes" button.

          Check your capitalization – the app is case sensitive.

 

Is your Membership information or name inaccurate?
