Gerald Rosen: I first studied art in my Philadelphia high school and painted as a hobby. In 1970, after college, I moved to San Francisco and fell in love with the glorious trees of Golden Gate Park. Since retirement I’ve been developing my art. The vibrant natural scenery of the city’s parks and beaches remains my inspiration.
