Dedicated Benches
Garden benches are a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion or honor loved one. Your dedicated bench will provide joy and a place for remembrance for years to come.
Bench sponsorships are offered at $15,000 and $25,000 for 15 and 30 years respectively. Contributions can be made on a payment schedule and be split between family members and friends.
Bench location availability varies throughout the Garden and take between one and six months from inquiry to installation.
San Francisco Botanical Garden benches are made from sustainably sourced hardwood and sponsorships provide funds for maintenance and improvements that help sustain the Garden and ensure its future.

Paver Engravings
Celebrate a life event or honor a special person in your life through permanent engraving in the granite pavers around the beautiful Fountain Plaza located off the Great Meadow. Mark a birthday, a marriage, an anniversary, a holiday, a special memory or simply say thank you - while supporting the Garden's important work.
Paver prices range based on size from $1,500 to $5,000.

Gifts in Celebration and Memory
Making a gift in celebration or in memory of a loved one is a meaningful way celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, a holiday, a special memory or to simply say thank you – while supporting the Garden’s work.
For gifts of $50 or more, a commemorative card will be sent to the honoree or the family of the person you are honoring. If you prefer to deliver the commemorative card or letter notifying the honoree of your gift, please list yourself as the "Notification Recipient" on our Gift Form. All Tribute Gifts of $250 and above are listed in the Garden’s annual report.
